1、Support the creation of interval partition table.
2、Only one partition column is supported. The type of partition column only supports date, timestamp, timestamptz.
3、When a record is inserted into an interval partitioned table and no matching partition is found, a partition is automatically created.
4、Support drop partition/rename partition on interval partition table.
5、Not support add partition/split partition/merge partition on interval partition table yet.
6、The syntax for creating an interval partition table is as follows:

CREATE TABLE interval_tab (
    city_id         int not null,
    logdate         date not null,
    peaktemp        int,
    unitsales       int
)
PARTITION BY RANGE (logdate)
INTERVAL ('1 day')
(
        PARTITION p1 VALUES LESS THAN (('2020-03-01'))
);

When the following insert statement is executed, a new partition will be automatically created. The range of this new partition is ['2020-4-7 0:0:0', '2020-4-8 0:0:0').

insert into interval_tab1 values(1,'2020-4-7 2:0:0',  1, 1);
