本项目设计并实现一款基于四簇分层架构的混合多址接入通信系统。系统以分布式节点集群化为核心设计思路，将网络划分为 4 个独立簇组，每个簇包含 20 个终端节点与 1 个簇首节点，通过簇内时分多址（TDMA）与簇首间频分多址（FDMA）的混合接入机制，解决传统单一通信模式下的信道冲突、资源利用率低、跨簇传输延迟高等问题。
