Add Hygon TPM/TCM/TDM/TPCM function patch

Verify as follows on Hygon server:
TDM(Trusted Dynamic Measuring)：

By using TDM technology to dynamically protect the kernel module in a kernel, an attack module is constructed to try to attack the protected module. When the protected module is attacked, TDM will immediately measure the exception and trigger the exception callback function. , inform the user of abnormal results.

TPM(Trusted Platform Module)：

Use the tool tpm2_pcrread to read the PCR. tpm2 supports SHA1, SHA256, SM3 and other HASH algorithms to expand the PCR value.

TCM(Trusted Crypto Module):

Use the tool tpm2_pcrread to read the PCR. tcm2.0 only supports the SM3 HASH algorithm to expand the PCR value.

TPCM(Trusted Platform Control Module)：

Use Hygon's hag tool to obtain tpcm related information. tpcm running returns yes, indicating that the TPCM firmware is running normally.
