feat(admin): add OrcaRouter as a named provider preset · Pull Request !2 · AIDotNet/OpenDeepWiki

[OrcaRouter](https://www.orcarouter.ai) is an OpenAI-compatible LLM routing gateway. This PR adds OrcaRouter as a named provider preset, mirroring the existing OpenAI / Google Gemini / Anthropic presets in the admin settings Quick Setup.

It also runs gateway-level, zero-trust security for AI agents on the same endpoint — screening every prompt/response and governing every tool call on a default-deny basis, with no application code changes.

Changes:
- `web/app/admin/settings/page.tsx`: add an `orcarouter` entry to `PROVIDER_PRESETS` (label "OrcaRouter", endpoint `https://api.orcarouter.ai/v1`, request type `OpenAI` — OrcaRouter is OpenAI-compatible, so the existing request path is reused).
- `README.md` / `README.zh-CN.md`: list OrcaRouter in the supported AI providers and `MODEL_PROVIDER` documentation.

Verification: the preset's model-list path (`GET https://api.orcarouter.ai/v1/models`) returns HTTP 200, and a chat completion against `https://api.orcarouter.ai/v1/chat/completions` returns a normal response (tested with a real OrcaRouter key). Full frontend build not run in this sandbox; the change mirrors existing preset entries exactly.
