# 四象限工作任务管理 · Quadrant Task Manager

基于「四象限法则（艾森豪威尔矩阵）」的简洁 Windows 桌面工作任务管理工具，支持中英文界面。

A minimal Eisenhower-matrix task manager for Windows. Simple, local-first, bilingual (中文 / English).

## ✨ 功能特性

- **四象限主界面**：重要且紧急 / 重要不紧急 / 紧急不重要 / 不重要不紧急，各象限独立颜色标识
- **直接在象限内维护任务**：每个象限底部「＋ 添加任务」输入行，回车保存，可连续录入
- **拖拽**：任务可拖到任意象限变更分类，也可在象限内上下拖动排序（带高亮与插入位置指示）
- **Microsoft ToDo 式完成操作**：点击任务左侧圆形勾选框 → 打勾 → 划线 → 淡出，自动记入已完成清单
- **已完成清单**：按「今天 / 昨天 / 更早」分组倒序显示，每条记录完成时间；支持恢复回原象限、删除、清空
- **历史记录查询与导出**：按时间范围（今天 / 最近7天 / 最近30天）、象限、关键词组合筛选；表格显示登记时间、完成时间、持续时间；一键导出 CSV（带 BOM，Excel 直接打开不乱码，含「持续分钟」数值列）
- **备注**：单击任务展开备注编辑区，有备注的任务标题旁显示标记
- **多语言（中/英）**：设置中即时切换，界面、日期格式、持续时间、CSV 内容全部跟随；语言设置持久保存
- **数据本地存储**：自动保存（原子写入）+ 自动备份，无需联网、无账号

## 📦 安装使用

两种方式任选，数据互通：

1. **安装版**：运行 `QuadrantTaskManager-Setup-v1.2.0.exe`，中文/英文向导（跟随系统语言），可选安装目录，创建桌面与开始菜单快捷方式
2. **绿色版**：下载 `.7z`（体积小）或 `.zip` 包，解压后双击目录内的「四象限工作任务管理.exe」直接使用。`.7z` 在 Windows 11 可直接解压，Windows 10 需安装 [7-Zip](https://www.7-zip.org/) 或 Bandizip 等解压软件

> ⚠️ **关于 Windows 安全提示**：本工具未购买代码签名证书，首次运行安装包时 Windows SmartScreen 可能弹出「Windows 已保护你的电脑」。点击 **更多信息 → 仍要运行** 即可，属无签名免费软件的正常现象。

## 🗄 数据存储

- 数据保存在本机：`%APPDATA%\四象限工作任务管理\tasks.json`
- 每次修改自动保存（先写临时文件再替换），并自动保留 `tasks.json.bak` 备份
- 卸载、升级安装不会删除数据；备份就是复制这两个文件
- 设置面板（顶栏 ⚙）可一键打开数据文件夹

## 🛠 开发与打包（需要 Node.js ≥ 18）

修改界面：`renderer/index.html`（结构）、`renderer/style.css`（样式）、`renderer/app.js`（交互逻辑与多语言字典 `LOCALES`）。
修改窗口/数据逻辑：`main.js`。

### 关于打包流程

`npm run dist` 分三步执行：

1. `electron-builder --dir` 打出未打包目录 `dist/win-unpacked`
2. `tools/rcedit-app.js` 用 rcedit 把图标和版本信息写入 exe
3. `electron-builder --prepackaged` 生成 NSIS 多语言安装包

采用这种方式是因为：无管理员权限/开发者模式的 Windows 上，electron-builder 自动签名流程需要解压的 winCodeSign 缓存包含 macOS 符号链接，普通权限解压必然失败。若你的电脑开启了开发者模式（设置 → 隐私和安全性 → 开发者选项），也可以去掉 `package.json` 中 `build.win.signAndEditExecutable: false`，直接 `npx electron-builder --win nsis` 一步完成。

A clean desktop to-do app built on the **Eisenhower Matrix** (four quadrants) for Windows. All data stays local — no account, no cloud.

## Features

- **Four-quadrant board** — Important & Urgent / Important-Not-Urgent / Urgent-Not-Important / Neither, each with its own accent color
- **Manage tasks right inside each quadrant** — quick-add row with Enter-to-save, inline rename (double-click), per-task notes (single click)
- **Drag & drop** — move tasks between quadrants or reorder within one, with drop-position indicator
- **Microsoft To Do style completion** — click the circle checkbox: check → strikethrough → fade out, recorded with completion time
- **Completed list** — grouped by Today / Yesterday / Earlier; restore to its quadrant, delete, or clear all
- **History & export** — filter by date range / quadrant / keyword; shows created, completed and duration per task; one-click **CSV export** (UTF-8 BOM, opens cleanly in Excel, includes a numeric "Minutes" column)
- **Bilingual UI** — switch between 简体中文 and English instantly in Settings (⚙); dates, durations and CSV content follow the language
- **Local-first data** — auto-saved atomically with a `.bak` backup in `%APPDATA%/四象限工作任务管理/`

## Install

1. **Setup**: run `QuadrantTaskManager-Setup-v1.2.0.exe` (multilingual wizard follows your system language)
2. **Portable**: download the `.7z` (smaller) or `.zip` package, unzip and launch the exe inside — no installation needed. `.7z` opens natively on Windows 11; on Windows 10 you'll need [7-Zip](https://www.7-zip.org/) or similar.

> **SmartScreen note**: the app is not code-signed (free indie software), so Windows may show "Windows protected your PC" on first run. Click **More info → Run anyway**.
